How to get here


You can find us at the corner of highway 6 and 8th Avenue on the North side of New Denver.
Take Highway 3A South from Nelson, or North from Castlegar.
Turn onto Highway 6, located 1/2 way between Nelson and Castlegar BC.
Head North for One Hour ( through Winlaw, Slocan, and Silverton ) Or take Highway 6 and the Galena Bay Ferry South out of Revelstoke BC ( at the Trans Canada Highway ) through Nakusp to New Denver.

Approximate Drive times from larger centers with airports to New Denver
Spokane, WA --- 4 hours
Vancouver, BC -- 8 hours
Calgary, AB ---- 8 hours
Kelowna, BC --- 4 hours
Castlegar, BC --- 1.5 hours

We are approximately 40 minutes from Nakusp ( two hot pools ), 1.5 hours from Nelson or Castlegar and 40 minutes from Kaslo.

Kootenay Lake Ferry
If you are approaching from Creston up the east shore of Kootenay Lake.

Needles Ferry ROUTE:
Across the Lower Arrow Lake, about 59 kilometres south of Nakusp on Highway 6, between Fauquier and Needles.
DAILY SCHEDULE: Every half hour from Fauquier 5:00 am - 10:00 pm. Every half hour from Needles 5:15 am - 9:45 pm. On demand 10:00 pm - 5:00 am. CROSSING TIME: 5 minutes
Upper Arrow Lakes Ferry (Galena Bay - Shelter Bay)
ROUTE: Across Upper Arrow Lake, 49 kilometres south of Revelstoke on Highway 23, between Shelter Bay and Galena Bay.
DAILY SCHEDULE: From Shelter Bay, 6:00 am - 11:00 pm. From Galena Bay, 6:30 am - 11:30 pm. ADDITIONAL SAILINGS IN SUMMER: provided by the Motor Vessel Shelter Bay which runs daily from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. as required, late June to September.
